I was pleasantly surprised to get a few complimentary Chanel samples with my order. It was such a nice little bonus, and I really enjoyed trying them out. The packaging was neat and everything arrived quickly too, so I’m genuinely grateful for the thoughtful touch.

I mean, the products are really nice, no question. But when it comes to sustainability, I kind of wish Chanel gave more concrete info. It just feels a little vague, and I’d like to know more about what they’re actually doing.

I’ve been using my Chanel account and it feels secure, logging in was easy and I got the email updates when I needed them, and so far I haven’t noticed any weird activity or anything that would make me worry, so I’m happy with it.

I had no trouble finding an appointment on chanel.com. There were plenty of times available, and the whole booking process was really quick. it makes you wonder why other sites make this kind of thing feel so complicated. Really happy with how simple it was.

The chanel boutique was definitely pretty, super clean, polished, and the lighting made everything look really elegant. It had that quiet luxury vibe, but it was almost too quiet, like I felt weird even talking at a normal volume.
I liked the decor and you can tell a lot of thought went into the space, but this is where it got annoying: the whole atmosphere felt kind of cold and not very welcoming. I get that it’s a luxury store and that’s part of the vibe, but I still felt a bit uncomfortable just walking around

I got my refund fast and didn’t have to jump through any hoops, which I appreciated. That said, the communication was kind of unclear along the way, and I found myself wondering what was actually happening with the process. A little more clarity would’ve made the whole experience much less annoying.

It took a while, but they did finally get my issue fixed. The frustrating part was that I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which made the whole process feel more confusing than it needed to be. I’m glad it’s resolved now, but the back-and-forth could’ve been handled better

I ordered a perfume from chanel.com for my sister’s birthday, it was way easier than I expected. I was the one stressing over whether an online gift would feel special enough, so that’s on me.

Chanel.com feels legit. Very polished. Very on brand. I was browsing perfumes, makeup, bags. Easy enough to get around. Looks clean too. Prices are high. No surprise there. Definitely not an everyday buy for me. I do wish the product details were a little better sometimes. Same with stock updates. A bit clearer would help. Still, it feels trustworthy. Fancy. Classy. Pretty much what I expected from Chanel. 4 stars...

I wasn’t expecting everything I wanted to be in stock, especially the shade I usually miss out on. But it was all there, and checkout was quick and easy. Just felt like one of those rare times where the shopping gods were on my side. Really nice not having to keep checking back all week...
